we have a partnership busness ,and seling the busness but after escrow we find uot one of partner owning debt(persenal debth ) and there is alian on our busnes and we are shuked we don know what to do. and we find out he did frud things (cash widrows,puthing les down than we did,manny manny wrong things) .and he is trying to do bancrapsy and ather things to clean himsefe from rensboncibility tel me do we have any power to take him to court?
