Password
If someone gives you their password and permission to access their account. Then you find info on the email site that they are stealing from your company. Will the emails be admitted in court? Is it leagal to continue going into the site?

It depends what reason you gave for obtaining their password and permission to access their account. If the idea was to allow you to read the person's e-mails, it seems like it's fair game. Shouldn't you bring the matter to the attention of law enforcement?
