Getting a patent
Q:Where can I fing a patent attorney who would be willing to help start a patent for part of the investment or willing to help for small payments..and what can I do to start getting my idea patent without paying a large fee.Is it possible for me to do it myself?

You should start with the yellow pages and then try attorney referral services. My guess is that very few patent attorneys will be interested in rolling the dice with their inventor-clients.
A suggestion might be to have a patent search done for your idea to determine whether it's patentable. This is much less expensive than an application, and you may find that your idea is not patentable due to prior technology or for some other reason.
There are non-attorney patent search firms, but I recommend locating or choosing the search service through or with the assistance of a patent attorney; you are thus more likely to get one that is trustworthy and accurate.
