What you probably want is a trademark, not a patent. You can apply yourself, on line, at www.uspto.gov. This is not the World's easiest-to-use Web site, but theoretically you can do it yourself. The application fee is in the $350 range, and you can pay on-line by credit card. Oh, also, it takes nearly a year from application to final approval. Read all the instructions carefully.

Hi, you need a trademark for your logo, not a patent. If you are interested in retaining me to prosecute the application, please see my website for contact and pricing information.
