Pay cut
My boss cut my pay 2 days before my pay day for the month of January. I thought it was a notice, to let me know that my pay will be cut the following month. 2 days later, i get my pay check and my pay is already cut. is that legal?

It depends on what type of employee you are, your employment agreement and how your pay is structured. Generally though, what you described does not sound legal. In general, if you already worked and were eligible to receive pay, your employer can not go and retroactively lower your pay.
