performence act

Does the state of California have a performence bill or act that if a company does not perform to your satifaction based on the companys service? Can I cancel the contract without paying an early termintaton fee ?

California has no such law.

Under general contract law there are two conditions that must be met before you can cancel

1. They must breach the contract.

2. the breach must be material, meaning not a minor one.
