Legal Question in Business Law in California
If a person is on SSI and has a payee. Are they legally able to sign contract, and if other people are involved and know of his disabillity and still allow the contracts to be signed, can these people be heald response able. Ex: if he signs contracts with people to work on a reallity show, and signs contracts with fighters (boxers) to fighting contracts
