Legal Question in Business Law in California

Using photos and videos online to accompany my business

Can I use a photo that I have found online as an example in my instructional video?

For example I want to show how to do a specific surf move (turn) I want to use a picture I have found of a person doing a turn in my video to my online clients. Would that infringe on any copyright agreements?
