Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am planning to start an online website (probably non profit) to cater the needs of professionals. I need a lawyer to define the terms and conditions for such business or entity or website whatever you call it. I just want to cover myself before starting the website as I dont want to fall into any kind of legal issues.
