Problem with Ebay

Greetings, I have used Ebay for years selling mainly ball gags. I don't include any reference to sex, bondage, pain or humiliation. There is no human model in the picture. However in the recent past my auctions have been closed. Puposedly according to ebay rules yet there are items described like mine if not even more explicit. It is Ebay who is saying these item cause pain or humiliation. Can they decide that and can they bump my items and not others that are similar.

Howdy:

As it is their site, E-bay has pretty wide latitude as to what they allow and don�t. They don�t allow the sale of firearms or bodily organs and other parts.

I haven�t read their terms of service, but I can guarantee you that is says they have discretion as to what can and can�t be sold. And, you agree to the TOS when you use the site.

While your listings may not seem offensive, E-bay may have made the decision that the _type_ of item is not something they want listed.

Again, it�s their site so they can allow and disallow as they please.
