Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am in the process of creating a website fully dedicated to protesting against a specific company. I did business with a debt company who I paid a lot of money to and they were awful. Didn't return calls, emails etc, and it was impossible to deal with them. I filed a BBB dispute against them, only to be slandered by the president who obviously didn't know what was going on with his employees. I demanded a refund for services not rendered in my claim, and he denied it. I also offered all my proof that I had in regards to the company neglecting my emails. He still won't move forward with it, and I'm refusing to close the dispute. Now it is personal and I am no longer after a refund...I would rather network in every way possible to see to it that no one uses this company. My question: Can I legally create a website titled "Do not use Blank company blank" and explain my story? Can I also put advice on how to get out of this specific type of dept for free, even if I obtained some of this advice through that company? The information is not directly associated with the company, however some may be in written documents that I received from them...even so it is basic information that I paid for to receive. Lastly, can I legally use their logo and add a "thumbs down" figure to it to put on my website? Thanks for any advice you may have!!

FIRST report and make complaint (if they are member) to local BBB- first look them up there to the BBB and to then check County lawsuit filings - you can virutally post anything you want as long as it TRUE - I suggest going to eopinions first and seeing what has been said and if nothing has been -post there - do not forget to check county for lawsuits - JUST SAY NOTHING YOU CANT BACK UP IN WRITING!!!!! MAKEsure you are indicating whether it is just a bad business or what they have done is illegal..
let me know how it goes - and who are they BTW? My email is available by hitting the profile on my name in blue - would like to know and it will only go to me.
Regards,
