How do i properly sign over a business to my daughter? What kind of documents do i need?

It depends on the structure of the business (LLC? Corporation?)

If it is a sole proprietorship, then it is a matter of changing names on permits and licenses. If it is another form, then some transfer documents are needed. Contact me directly.
