Property Manager
What type of license and or training is required to start up a Property Manager Business for property owners that rent out?

You will need to obtain a Real Estate Broker's License from the California Department of Real Estate, as well as local business licenses and, if you plan on using a fictitious name, you will need to file a Fictitious Business Name Statement with the County Recorder where you do business.
