When publishing a Notice of Bulk Sale in the State of Ca, is there a specific time frame for how long the Notice should be printed?

Yes......the bulk sales law is contained in the Commercial Code, at sections 6101 through 6111. The publication and mailing of notice requirements are set forth in Section 6105. Among the requirements is publication at least once and at least 12 days prior to the sale, in a newspaper of general circulation. See CC 6015(b)(2). In addition to the publication requirement, there are mailing requirements.
