Legal Question in Business Law in California
My question is , if a judments came against my company (For example my comapny is Smith Internation and court judgment came with wrong name like Smith International corporation, and plaintif file the case aginst my company with wrong name still me and my company resposible to pay the demurrage charges? While in my summon response I wrote the court that this is not the name of my company, but I could not appeared in the court and court default entered my company and gave this judgments.

You probably have several grounds for setting aside the default judgment in the situation you describe, but you will never be successful in getting the judgment set aside without the help of a lawyer. The time to set aside an incorrect judgement is very short. You need to find a local attorney on Monday morning and hope it is not too late.
