Legal Question in Business Law in California

I am trying to recover a non-refundable deposit. I paid 15% non-refundable deposit for some machines to a supplier who gave me the permission to use the trade name "Kangen Water" to promote and sell the machines. Before I took delivery lawyers from another company named Enagic warned us that we did not have the right to use this trade name, and threatened to sue if we did not shut down our website kangenwaterionizers.com. We decided to cancel our order and requested our deposit. The supplier refused. The supplier is using the name and they are not being requested to stop using the trade name.

You need to have your agreement with the supplier reviewed by an attorney. This is not something you can deal with in a free BBS forum.
