Could you refer me to an Asset Research company that doesn't require a judgment?

I'm Vice President of a company. We have discovered that an employee has been embezzling for five years. We're working with the police, but at this point we don't have a judgment. Can you refer me to an Asset Researcher that doesn't require one? Thanks very much.
