refund
can i still get a refund after 2002 if I just found out my credits for my medical school were not transferable due to the school not being accreditted

It depends.
There is a concept called the statute of limitations that bars the filing of a lawsuit after a certain amount of time has passed.
For a breach of contract, the statute of limitations is 4 years.
For fraud, however, the statute of limitations is 3 years, but measured from when you discovered or should have discovered the fraud.
The question is whether or not there was a representation that the school was accredited, and whether there was a representation that your credits would be transferable.
