Legal Question in Business Law in California
Refund for item if on sale within 30 days?
Is there a law in California which states something to the effect of a guaranteed refund if a purchased product goes on sale within 30 days? For instance, if I buy a stereo for $200 on March 1 and it goes on sale, at the same place of business, for $175 on March 15; am I legally entitled to the $25 difference? If so, can someone give the exact name/number of the law? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

All sales are final unless you have a contract that says otherwise or if the store has a policy that says different. They are not required by law to give you the benefit of any later sale.
