Legal Question in Business Law in California
reimbursements
I joined a business in telecom and paid about $600 to get in and they said i would make more than twice that much if i joined and got other people but about a month after paying they took out another $30 and i found out i have to pay this every month and that it was stated in the agreement but i never knew about it. Is there anything i can do to get out of it?

Re: reimbursements
OK, let's parse this question. You "joined a business in telecom." I have no idea what that means.
You signed an "agreement," but you "never knew" what was in it. Are you in the habit of signing agreements without reading them? If so, you are in for a lifetime of misery. What, if anything, does the written contract say you are supposed to get in return for your $600 plus $30 per month? Does the written contract say you will "make more than twice that much"? (What "they said" doesn't mean diddly-do.) Please have someone else read the contract, preferably a lawyer, or at least someone who is experienced in business matters.
