Release and Disclaimer

I'm starting a business that will incorporate photographs of friends. I'd like a disclaimer that will release the pictures and negatives to me and my new business. What's the best approach? I also need it noted that any profits made from the pictures belong to me/my company with NO royalties paid to the models/subjects.

Go to any quality camera store and you should be able to get a whole pad of Model Release Forms for a few dollars. Pro photographers use them all the time.
