release of liability

I'm looking for release of liability and disclaimer forms. I'm going into senior apartment complexes to do healthcare seminars to sell a healthcare plan. The owners of the apartments want a release of liability form and I also need a disclaimer form for the applicants to sign saying they are of sound mind and body to enter into an agreement.

If you want a generic sample you can get plenty off the internet. Just go to a search engine and type what you are looking for. However, be sure to tailor it to your own specific needs. Be mindful that you cannot exculpate yourself for your or your agent's negligence or an intentional tort.

If you are entering into this business without an attorney I think you are making a big mistake. If you need an attorney in your part of California I can make recommendations or you can search the internet, call your local bar association, etc.
