The rentee is not paying for the rental car she rented and finally i had to repo

rentee is not paying for the car she rented, and after waiting finally I had to reposses the car. She signed the promisory note, but she still wont pay the money. now she has even removed the answering machine, and i cant even leave the message. every time she has some excus not to bring the money. she has lied to me all this time. would taking her to small claim court woork for me. sending to collection has not worked in the previous cases. thanks

If your debtor owes you $5,000.00 or less, or even a little more that you might be willing to forego, Small Claims Court is just the trick. It is fast, inexpensive and gives you a judgment you can enforce ( assuming she had assets you can executed against).
