Legal Question in Business Law in California
i am renting a business space from the land owner ,they have a lesee on file there lesse hasnt ran out yet ,they are surving eviction notices in the other peoples name.i have cash reciepts signed by the land lord for the rents i have paid ,i am worried they will lock me out some how it feels fishy to me.how caqn i protect myself from eviction?

Perhaps you can be evicted, but locking you out is not proper unless you are a trespasser and not a tenant. Why not just ask the person who is serving the notices?
