Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am representing myself in Civil Court in California.
The opposing attorney agreed to an extension last December.
I need more time now, will the court grant me an additional extension prior to trial?
Thanks

It all depends what kind of extension you need and the good reason(s) for an extension (of the trial date?). It's usually easier to get one if the parties stipulate to a new date in writing and the stipulation is filed with the court along with an ex parte application and a proposed order.
