Legal Question in Business Law in California
Required Daycare Provider notice
Is a daycare provider required to give prior notice of a shortened day? (i.e. normal hours 7am-6pm then posted 10am-6pm on a specific day) If so, how much notice must be given to the parents whose children are cared for at this facility?

Re: Required Daycare Provider notice
I dont think the law has any such requirement but review your contract with them to see if it might be a breach of contract.
