Resale Permit help

Okay, Is this clear ? I have started a clothing brand and Im trying to not break any laws but Im confused on the resale permit and how does it work ? How do I go apon getting it and what is the process ?

If by "resale permit" you mean a "reseller's permit" from the Board of Equalization, allowing you to buy goods for resale without paying sales (use) tax, you should visit your nearest BOE office and have a discussion with a staff person.
