The facts and/or question in what was posted are unintelligible and, hence, unanswerable. Please make another effort to lay the facts out clearly so that the situation, the players, the issues and the overall question can be understood.

There isn't a whole lot of case law, or statutes for that matter, on the subject of corporations sole. I think the right to be CEO of a corporation sole would be determined by its organizational documents and traditions, including the registration materials filed with the secretary of state.

If your resignation was involuntary and/or obtained by fraud of any kind, I think there is a fair chance you could obtain reinstatement, but that is unclear from the facts given, made worse by the fact that the corporation sole is a rare bird and cases on them come up so infrequently.

In any event you would have to work through a lawyer in the state where the corporation sole was incorporated, preferably a lawyer who has a lot of experience with nonprofit organizations or churches.
