Legal Question in Business Law in California
I need someone to my new review freelance interpreter contract. The company is CA based and I live in CA also, but the clients are all over the world. I can just fax you the docs, and send you the fees, and we can communicate via phone, email, or Skype, you do not need to be local. Can you help?

I'm not sure who exactly you are speaking to here. This platform has a lot of lawyers that answer public questions and who can assist. You will have to pick one of your own and speak to them in private about your agreement.
I suggest that you should not prepare your own agreement, but rather have a lawyer draft it for you based on your need. A review is intended for third-party documents not your own proprietary ones (like when someone hands you a contract and says "sign this" and you say "let my lawyer look it over first"). So if it happens to be very inadequate for your needs a review will not accomplish much and you will be paying that lawyer again to re-draft it to make it a deal ready contract.
If you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
Kind regards,
Frank
