Salary Reduction

The company that I work for is taking a mandatory amount out of all employees paychecks. They are calling it an ''Associate cotirbution'' to pay for company ''amenities.'' Is this legal?

It's against the law. Keep careful records and notify the Office of the State Labor Commissioner, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
