Legal Question in Business Law in California
Sale prices
I found an automobile online through an automall webiste that was priced very low. I inquired about this price and received no response. I went back to the website and they had changed the price. Do I have any legal right to the original price?

Re: Sale prices
No. An inquiry is not a valid offer and no contract was formed.
