Sales question
If goods (more than $500 worth) are delivered by vendor to seller for retail sale pursuant to an oral agreement with no invoice and seller fails to pay vendor, is there some period of time after which, as a matter of law, seller is in breach for its failure to pay?

Under the Uniform Commercial Code a time that is not specified in a contract is a "reasonable time."
