Legal Question in Business Law in California
I have a S-corporation in California, web design, with clients in Ohio, Minnesota, California, and Florida. I have decided to make my business mobile. Can I purchase a motorhome or fifth-wheel trailer and deduct it off my business? How about the interest? I am handicapped so I need a specialized vehicle.
