Legal Question in Business Law in California
A selling of goods: Civil transaction please help ASAP
I am selling an airsoft gun, same as paintball, to a minor and I, myself, am a minor. A retail store can only sell to adults. Does the same law(s) apply to me even though I am not running a business. It is like selling something in the penny saver. Please help me out. Please reply ASAP. Thanks.

The law does not say who can sell, it says who cannot be sold to. That means you cannot sell it to a minor.

No sales to minors. What part of no don't you understand.

It would be appropriate to have the parents involved on both ends, so that there can be supervision of the use of the equipment.
