Legal Question in Business Law in California
selling on the internet
I sell things on ebay, junk I have laying around or stuff I buy at a good price and turn it for profit. I want to get more organized. I am looking into selling things such as CD's, DVD's, VIDEO GAME's. I want to purchase these items at wholesale prices and sell them on the web via ebay, amazon and so forth. what do I need to do to set up a business like this? as far as taxes, licences, permits, wholesale licences go? I want to sell things for small profit and hope to make money by volume. I want to go into this with an idea of what I'm up against, and what kind of capital I'll need to start.
