Selling tobacco online, what do I need to consider?

I am adding some tobacco products to my online store. I know that for my own state (CA) I will need another permit from the BOE to sell tobacco products. Are there any other out of state considerations as well?

Off the top of my head you will have tax considerations for each state you ship that will need to be researched. In addition, as a starting point -- some states restrict how cigarettes can be purchased and prohibit online shipping, e.g., New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Ohio, and Arkansas. if you would like more information, feel free to contact me.
