Legal Question in Business Law in California
I am a first semester business law student at a community college and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if Janitorial service agreements fall under the statute of frauds requiring that they always be in writing of some form, or Are service agreements that are oral enforcable? Furthermore is there a minimum dollar amount that requires that the contract be evidenced by a writing in the state of California? I know this is technically two questions but I have a report on contract law coming due and my professor said to use any resource I may to be as precise as possible, as part of the project I have to create a contract that would be legal in the state of california. Any Help would be greatly Appreciated.
