There is not a good way to get around consulting with an attorney for this. There are many possibilities for the form of the business, and future implications of various options that you need to discuss and understand.
Mr. Dorfman is 100% correct. If you are going into business, you will need a lawyer many times along the way. Now is the time to create that relationship. The internet is not your friend when it comes to the formalities of business. You need an ongoing relationship with a good lawyer who knows your industry. It will save you FAR more than you spend, in the long run.
