Sexual Harassment at Work
Diane really liked Doris. She even went so far as giving Doris flowers, nice comments, and leaving private emails telling her how much she like her. Doris felt this was harassing and complained to the supervisor. Could Doris sue Diane for sexual harassment if there are both of the same sex? What is the issue and the law and make an application to prove the case on the behalf of either Doris or Diane.

Yes, this is sexual harrassment. If the employer does not take action, she can sue the other woman and the supervisor.
