Legal Question in Business Law in California
shipping and handling
There is a store i like to order from online. Their products come in a priority envelope and dont require any special packaging. Priority mail costs $4.75. This company charges a shipping and ''handling'' fee of 11.95. Is there a law against this type of upcharging?
