Legal Question in Business Law in California

As a shop manager signed a non compete with a MN based food franchise. Franchisor based in IL. Looking to buy a franchise offering the same product in CA or OR. In CA the shop would be 100 miles away from current employer. Likely to compete in OR. I make less than 50K. Is the non compete enforceable?

Your question is a little hard to follow. You mention MN, IL, CA and OR, and someone seems to be based in MN and IL. An attorney needs to review the agreement. Sorry, but you are not going to get near enough information in this forum.
