Signage
I leased and remodeled part of a building with a prime location, and now other buisiness around my location have begun to post their signs on the building that I am Leasing.

If their sign postings are unauthorized and/or done without your consent, then you are entitled to damages and/or injunctive relief to remedy the situation in a timely manner. If you would like prompt, affordable legal assistance in this matter, contact us directly.

I generally agree with Mr. Torrey, but you should review the terms of your lease before taking any action. Landlords sometimes lease only the interiors of buildings while retaining the right to sell advertising space on the exteriors. If that is the case with your lease you have no right to take down the signs.
