Legal Question in Business Law in California
I signed a contract committing me to 36 months at a local gym, i was 17 at the time and the contract required me to be 18. If you are under 18 there is a spot for a legal guardian to sign, that spot was left blank, i now want to end my membership, does this suffice as a valid argument and void my contract?
