Legal Question in Business Law in California

I own a small business, and signed a 2-year new service contract with Comcast. Now, because it took them over 3 months to install service, they say the contract is no longer valid, and I have to sign a new contract, and pay more per month than the original contract. But, I have read every word on the original contract, and there is nothing that says it expires in 90 days? Can I do anything, or should I just give up?

Expiration in 90 days is not what you should be looking for. Instead, see if there is anything to suggest that what you are calling a contract was only an offer. I'd look for a signature of a company officer or agent, binding them to its terms. Also, look for the clauses that say when the two years begin to run. Ask to speak to supervisors once you're sure the contract was completed and has, or should have, become effective. If none of this works, threaten them with Small Claims Court if the don't honor the original contract. Then, if it's worth your while, actually take them to Small Claims.
