We are a small fitness studio on a 2 year lease of a studio space in a gym. The landlord has become hostile and aggressive with staff members and the owner, demands that only 3 of our staff have keys to the space, has threatened to change the locks if we do not comply, and has locked the front door to prevent our clients and staff from entering during business hours. What are our rights?
