Legal Question in Business Law in California
I own a small restaurant. We have events. Pictures of the event and the people that come to them are taken. My question: Can I post those fore mentioned pictures on my restaurant web site under the "photos" section?

Mr. Beal's blog covers the internet issue. I write to add that unless you have a consent/release, you can be sued for using a recognizable image of a person for commercial purposes, no matter how, where or when it was taken or how/where it is used.
