Do we need social forms for home party hosts to sign if they are receiving a cash incentive based on party sales?

I don't know what you mean by "social forms." If you are running a marketing business and paying what amounts to commissions to home party hosts, it would seem wise to have some kind of written agreement. Importantly, as with any business, you need to handle such matters as taxes, insurance and reporting. A paid party host is not performing a social function, he or she is working for compensation. Suppose, for example, a host is badly burned while cooking something for a party, and applies for worker's compensation? Should she have obtained it, or are you her employer?
