Is it possible to start a charity organization if under 18 years of age?

There technically is no an age requirement to start a charity organization.
However, operating the charity might be more difficult without an adults in your board of director. The reason for this is that contracts signed by minors are revocable by the minor. For this reason, your organization may have a difficult time hiring or contracting for necessary items or operate.
