I am assuming your undercover-boss act would be for some legitimate purpose and not to defraud or mislead anyone. You could always give yourself the title of Vice President, or any other title you like. Have business cards printed up. Have fun.

As a Franchise Attorney I agree with the other attorney answers, except for Mr. Marman's rather libelous remark. Many persons seeking to build a good credit or employment history utilize the path you are seeking. Set up a corporation and give yourself a position, like Executive Vice President. Have the corporation pay you and they issue a W-2 at the end of the year. That's the beginning and how you take it from there is up to you. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
