Legal Question in Business Law in California

I do want to state that I am more than likely going to need an attorney. I will state my question a bit differently. The salesman took my personal information and used it for a different purpose than it was intended. She does feel harassed by the way.Is their not a law stating personal information can not be taken off of a contract? Besides, the Porsche is a total lemon and they will not stand by their warranty. I need help.

I presume you are following up on this post: http://www.lawguru.com/legal-questions/-/put-references-auto-loan-contract-619724805/

As I and others have already told you, only your girlfriend can seek a restraining order and/or sue this man if she does not welcome his attention. You can't. He may be violating her rights by pursuing her, but he isn't violating yours.

If the dealership sold you a defective car and/or breached its warranty, then you may have a case against the dealership. That does not change what I said earlier about your lack of a case against the salesman for contacting your girlfriend.
